About this role
Role Overview
- Own and define the global supply chain operating model
- Simplify processes and reduce organizational complexity
- Lead transformation toward a scalable, system-enabled supply chain
- Establish governance, decision frameworks, and escalation paths
- Lead the global Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process
- Ensure alignment between demand, supply, production, and financial planning
- Own inventory strategy and deployment
- Optimize working capital
- Manage supply continuity
- Lead strategic partnerships with logistics providers and manufacturing partners
- Oversee global logistics and distribution network design
- Ensure alignment between supply chain and customer care/order management
Requirements
- 10+ years in global supply chain leadership roles
- Experience in medical devices / pharma industry
- Proven track record in building or transforming supply chain systems and managing 3PL/4PL and distributor networks
- Experience in both direct and distributor-based go-to-market models
- Willingness to travel internationally and work across time zones
