work closely with the Human Resources Manager and VP of HR.
carry out responsibilities in HR policies and procedures updates, benefits administration, employee relations, training maintenance and assistance, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment, diversity and inclusion initiatives.
help define and improve Career Teams' work culture and employment law compliance.
implement human resources programs.
provide human resources services, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health, and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, compliance, and labor relations; completing personnel transactions.
prepare paperwork, schedule, and facilitate a smooth new hire onboarding process.
handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews.
provide an effective and dedicated HR advisory service to employees.
assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook.
organize hard and soft copies of employee records.
process documentation and prepare reports relating to performance evaluations.
coordinate employee satisfaction surveys and give actionable insights to improve employees’ experience.
support employees with efficient problem-solving when any human resources issues arise.
serve as the primary point of contact for employee HR inquiries.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
4+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources Operations
Expert level working knowledge of MS Excel.
Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in HRIS systems and ATS Systems (Greenhouse, ADP Workforce Now preferred).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
