Head of Service Engineering, m/f/d

Role Overview

• Manage a growing team of in-house electricians and external installation partners
• Schedule and plan deployments optimized for timing and resources
• Manage external installation teams and monitor performance
• Ensure quality assurance in the field — work on-site as needed
• Technical project engineering after contract signing
• Develop installation standards and checklists
• Serve as the technical point of contact for internal colleagues

Requirements

• Master craftsman (Meister) or state-certified technician in Electrical Engineering or Building Services (HVAC)
• At least 5 years of professional experience after qualification
• Initial experience in a coordinating or leadership role
• Willingness to travel approximately 60%
• Confident user of digital tools such as Jira, Confluence, Calendly, Jotform and Pipedrive
• Structured, documentation-oriented working style
• Hands-on mentality
• Business-fluent German (C1) and a valid driving licence (Class B)
