Monitor, analyze and report on key business and marketing KPIs
Collaborate closely with product, game design, data, creative and CRM teams
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity and developments in the mobile gaming industry

5+ years of experience in product marketing, performance marketing or growth marketing, ideally in mobile gaming or a comparable digital business
Proven track record of scaling digital products and driving user growth through performance marketing
Strong hands-on experience with platforms such as Meta, Google and TikTok
Solid understanding of mobile measurement, attribution and app marketing tools
Experience with App Store Optimization (ASO) and data-driven growth strategies
Strong analytical mindset with experience in KPI analysis, experimentation and reporting
Good understanding of product development, user behavior and monetization models
Excellent written and spoken English
