Serve as the Product Owner for assigned enterprise backend platforms, ensuring alignment to business objectives, technical strategy, and operational priorities
Own product prioritization decisions, balancing near-term operational needs, risk reduction, and long-term platform strategy
Develop and maintain annual product roadmaps and lead quarterly planning activities
Identify and manage dependencies and sequencing across multiple products and workstreams
Maintain end-to-end ownership of the product backlog, including backlog buildout, grooming, refinement, and prioritization
Translate complex technical, operational, and compliance requirements into clear, actionable user stories
Perform significant administrative and documentation activities, including requirements documentation, process flows, and platform artifacts
Partner closely with Scrum Masters and Engineering teams to support sprint planning, execution, and delivery
Demonstrate working knowledge of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) or Site Reliability Center operating models
Partner with engineering and operations teams to ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for availability, reliability, performance, and observability
Engage with technical and business stakeholders to gather requirements, align priorities, and manage expectations
Support vendor relationship management, including participation in vendor evaluations, roadmap discussions, and contract conversations
Requirements
Proven experience functioning as a Product Owner in an Agile environment
Strong Business Analyst skill set with demonstrated requirements gathering and documentation experience
Experience owning prioritization, product roadmaps, and planning cycles
Technical aptitude with backend, platform, or enterprise systems
Experience supporting multiple products or concurrent workstreams
Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience working within Agile/Scrum frameworks
