Drive cross-functional alignment to accelerate the operationalization of machine learning solutions.
Champion standards for automation, CI/CD, and observability to ensure reliability and efficiency at scale.
Provide technical and strategic leadership in MLOps architecture and platform evolution.
Advance continuous improvement of ML lifecycle processes to enable faster, more reliable business outcomes.
Creates and leads the technical design and development of software solutions.
Proposes & designs software solutions to address complex business needs.
Prepares technical and procedural documentation required.
Facilitates complex problem resolution.
Provides technical guidance and support to colleagues.
Reviews coding, testing, and documentation of software.
Requirements
Proven experience leading MLOps or DevOps teams in a production environment.
Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), container orchestration (Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
Expertise in ML model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management tools.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible).
Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience. Certifications are often desired. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
