Define and maintain the software product roadmap and definition, aligned with business priorities, customer insights, and hardware launch timelines, including a monetization strategy
Interpret strategy into clear product requirements, feature definitions, and success metrics
Partner with hardware (desktop, notebook, peripherals, etc.) product managers to ensure project definition and roadmap align with commercial objectives
Establish a catalog of premium software content to complement the gamer and/or content creator experience
Own Product Description / Requirements Documents covering software features, system behavior, dependencies, and constraints
Translate market and stakeholder needs into product requirements and definitions
Collaborate with Software Engineering, Firmware, UX, and QA teams throughout development, ensuring requirements are understood and delivered as intended
Drive trade‑off discussions across scope, schedule, and quality to keep delivery on track
Act as the primary software product owner within a broader cross‑functional team that includes hardware PMs, firmware, industrial design, and research
Coordinate with Product Research and UX to incorporate user testing, NPS signals, and market feedback into product decisions
Support Product Launch and Go‑to‑Market teams with positioning, feature messaging, and readiness materials
Champion the end‑user experience across supported operating systems, ensuring features deliver clear and differentiated customer value
Monitor competitive offerings and industry trends
Develop and maintain an innovative roadmap with feature prioritization
Use data, user feedback, and internal insights to guide continuous improvement post‑launch
Requirements
Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence
Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in product management, digital or software product development, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience
Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence and applications to gaming and creator experiences
Proven experience owning product requirements and working closely with hardware and software engineering teams to deliver clear, actionable requirements
Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non technical stakeholders
Proven ability to analyze data and utilize data-driven decision-making processes
Experience working in cross functional hardware software environments and developing trust with key stakeholders and collaborators
