Plan, schedule, and monitor the execution of maintenance plans (preventive, predictive, and corrective), ensuring adherence to the schedule and efficient backlog management.
Manage the full lifecycle of maintenance work orders, from creation to closure, ensuring data quality and traceability of activities.
Support the technical team in decision-making through data analysis, activity prioritization, and planning of scheduled and emergency interventions.
Develop, maintain, and monitor operational dashboards and KPIs, ensuring data reliability and integrity.
Prepare periodic technical reports (daily, weekly, and monthly) with critical analysis of maintenance performance.
Conduct root cause analyses (RCA) and propose corrective and preventive actions to increase reliability and reduce failures.
Act as the interface between field teams, engineering, maintenance, and procurement, ensuring alignment and smooth process flow.
Critically analyze maintenance orders and failure histories, proposing improvements to increase asset availability, reliability, and performance.
Requirements
Completed degree or technical qualification in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Control & Automation, or related fields.
Knowledge of planning and operation of solar power plants, SCADA systems, and O&M routines.
Experience with Power BI, Excel, SCADA, Fracttal, and Asana.
