About this role

Create special and inspiring 3D designs across hardware, storage, mirrors, and wall decor…aligning with current design trends and the Anthropologie brand identity
Support the design team in researching, preparing sketches, and gathering swatches for sketch review presentations
Conduct home & fashion trend research focusing on innovative techniques and materials
Find whitespace opportunities for new products to diversify our assortment
Assist in sketching ideas with Adobe Illustrator, translating 3D ideas into 2D orthographic views
Render concepts in Adobe Photoshop + AI programs (PromeAI, Vizcom, etc) to produce compelling + realistic imagery
Tech pack designs with detailed specifications for sampling, and a strong attention to detail
Work with our product development team to assist in the creation of samples and strategize creative product solutions
Align closely with cross-functional teams, including concept, product development, and buying to ensure cohesive storytelling across all channels
Attend team cross functional meetings
Help prepare and set up samples for product line reviews

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or similar area preferred
Entry-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and basic sketching skills
Internship experience
Curiosity in design trends and the arts
Foundational understanding of design principles and interest in home product
Keen attention to detail and organizational skills
Desire to learn the retail business and design process in a fast-paced environment
