Lead BIM projects from start to finish
Coordinate the full development of BIM projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality are met
Prioritize strategic tasks and perform critical analyses to ensure excellence and efficiency in every delivery
Facilitate smooth communication between the Otus internal team, designers, and clients, aligning expectations and resolving issues promptly
Work in partnership with the clash coordinator to align objectives and define integrated technical strategies
Actively contribute to the team's technical and professional growth, promoting best practices and guiding daily activities.

Ability to read and interpret project drawings, without necessarily needing to size structural or MEP systems
Knowledge of building installations (design or on-site construction)
Familiarity with project clash coordination
Strong communication skills, enjoyment of leading teams, and a problem-solving attitude
Knowledge of construction execution, especially for buildings, is a plus
Knowledge of BIM methodology is a plus
Experience with BIM clash-detection tools (Solibri/Navisworks) is a plus
Previous experience coordinating project development is a plus
Degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Production Engineering, or certification as a Building Technician.
