Organize project files, maintain clear version control, and deliver edits within specified turnaround timelines.

2+ years of video editing experience, including social media and long-form content (e.g., YouTube and TikTok) editing.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both short-form and long-form video editing.
Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
Ability to create engaging visual narratives and dynamic motion graphics.
Solid understanding of platform formatting, pacing, and audience engagement.
Knowledge of copyright-safe media sourcing and licensing practices.
Reliable turnaround and time-management skills.
Degree or coursework in film, video production, digital media, or related field (preferred).
Experience working with workflow tools like Wistia, Smartsheet, or comparable project systems (preferred).
Familiarity with advanced editing plugins (e.g., eye contact correction, color balancing, generative visuals) (preferred).
