- Manage tickets in the case management system for payment issuance

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in Canadian payroll operations
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
- Payroll Compliance Specialist (PCS) certification is an asset
