Supervising the daily operations of the Master Files
Ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures of the firm
Managing and maintaining the timely workflow of master billing files
Providing guidance to the Master File team regarding all master file set‑ups, including client matter and timekeeper master set‑ups, including billing rates and exception rate hierarchies
Resolving highly complex and sensitive master file issues
Gathering and defining functional requirements for Elite 3E billing enhancement projects
Managing the workflow of annual selections from the Rate Selection Website
Requirements
A high school diploma
A bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or a related field, preferably
A minimum of five (5) years of experience supervising legal billing or billing audit at a law firm, preferably
A minimum of five (5) years of cumulative professional experience
