Work with clients directly every day
Perform or assist in meeting the various revenue cycle needs of our clients, whether on a consulting or interim basis, based on your expertise
Learn new skills given a broad variety of assignments
Prepare and present client deliverables

Deep healthcare revenue cycle experience
Knowledge and understanding of government and commercial payor rules and regulations
Familiarity with various electronic medical record systems (EMR)/patient accounting systems (PAS)
Familiarity with revenue cycle best-practices and key-performance indicators (KPIs)
Ability to perform and interpret research of respective regulations
Ability to analyze billing, financial, and operational data in to identify revenue cycle opportunities and risks
Experience working within health care organizations
Strong customer service focus
High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office suite products; data management skills preferred
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work alone and also as a team.
