Supporting and managing industry changing projects
Working with a team to deliver challenging sustainability projects related to new construction and existing building operations
Interacting with clients and vendors to develop collaborative solutions
Managing project related documentation
Performing research, conducting weekly meetings
Developing reports and memos communicating technical details, processes and action items
Keeping a detailed record of all topics covered in weekly meetings
Developing and tracking sustainability metrics and goals
Supporting team with documentation to achieve green building certifications (such as LEED, WELL, Zero Carbon, etc.)
Conducting project job site visits during construction to monitor progress
Supporting project executives on large complex projects and assignments

1-3 years’ experience in real estate sustainability, corporate environmental management or energy efficiency
LEED Green Associate or LEED AP accreditation, WELL AP, Fitwel Ambassador, Energy Manager in Training/Certified Energy Manager
BA/BS degree in environmental science, engineering, real estate, architecture, or related field with strong record of academic achievement
Possess strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
Have excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience with any of the following: LEED, WELL, Fitwel, GRESB, ENERGY STAR, Building HVAC Systems
