- Document all cases in case management application
- Raise complex transactions to Tier 2 for resolution
Requirements
- Can speak, read and write in Japanese and English
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Ability to prioritize workload and provide timely follow-up
- Computer-literate with knowledge of common office productivity software
