Requirements
Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
Significant experience in engineering, product development, system integration, or product lifecycle management
Demonstrated experience leading technical teams in direct alignment with the GE Vernova Way, with demonstrated focus on accountability, collaboration, and talent development
Deep expertise in complex industrial product environments, specifically utility-scale energy systems (BESS, inverters, power electronics, controls, and grid integration)
Proven success utilizing fleet analytics, digital platforms, or data-driven engineering to improve product performance and operational reliability
Demonstrated mastery in leading complex, multi-disciplinary root cause investigations and driving global reliability initiatives
Proven ability to lead and influence across a matrixed, global organization
Background in AI/ML application within industrial or energy sectors (desired)
Experience in utility-scale solar or BESS market intelligence and architecture strategy (desired)
Proven track record in managing 'Design-for-Reliability' programs (desired)
Expertise in software/firmware release governance and its impact on large-scale fleet stability (desired)
