Prospect new SME (small and medium-sized enterprise) and individual clients
Conduct active commercial outreach via phone, WhatsApp, networking, referrals and social selling
Identify client opportunities and needs
Present solutions for SME health plans and life insurance
Prepare commercial proposals
Lead negotiations through to contract closing
Manage the sales pipeline and perform strategic follow-ups
Update and maintain CRM records
Develop relationships with strategic partners and clients.

Proven sales experience with a hunter (new business) profile
Experience in consultative selling
Experience in the insurance, employee benefits, or supplementary healthcare sector
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Organized, disciplined and goal-oriented
Comfortable working with KPIs and performance metrics
CRM knowledge is a plus
Must have an active CNPJ (company registration) or be willing to open one.
