Conceptualize and produce content for employer-branding channels, including copy, imagery and video formats for social media, careers websites, job postings and similar platforms
Develop creative communication concepts and content ideas to strengthen the employer brand with external target groups
Design templates and layouts for employer-branding materials, e.g., flyers, job advertisements or social media assets
Conduct photo and video shoots on-site at our Cronenberg and Ronsdorf sites according to planning and needs
Edit videos and photos with the aim of creating recognition through consistent color grading
Requirements
Experience creating content (text, image, video) for social media, careers websites and job advertisements
Creative flair for developing content ideas that strengthen the employer brand
Demonstrable experience in employer branding / HR marketing
Experience with photo and video shoots, own camera equipment, and several years of editing experience including cutting and color grading
Confident use of common design and content tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.)
