Support data-driven decision-making by delivering actionable insights, performance metrics, and reporting solutions
Partner closely with leadership to develop and maintain reports and dashboards
Analyze data sets, deliver insights, and make recommendations to improve business performance
Work collaboratively with Business Intelligence (BI) colleagues to facilitate efficient data collection and reporting
Drive standardization, quality and automation of data and metrics

Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or health care
Five or more years of relevant pharmaceutical and/or Medical Affairs experience
Proven analytical and quantitative skills
Proficiency in common data-analytics tools, particularly data collection and visualization techniques
Strong critical thinking, learning agility, and decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Excellent leadership and project-management skills
Excellent communication (written and verbal), stakeholder-management, and interpersonal skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access)
