Provide occupational therapy services that help patients improve daily function, mobility, and quality of life through individualized treatment plans and therapeutic techniques.
Work closely with physicians and healthcare teams to support patient progress, maintain accurate documentation, mentor team members, and contribute to quality improvement and patient care initiatives.
Integrate subjective and objective data to establish a treatment plan.
Utilize exercise, physical agents, and manual techniques to address deficits.
Maintain a thorough record of services provided with appropriate coding and billing.
Communicate with other disciplines and referring providers to enhance outcomes.
Perform thorough and timely electronic documentation.
Participate actively in the PI and CQI process.
Assist in the orientation, training, and mentoring of new partners.
Participate in cost-saving initiatives within the department.
Requirements
Graduate of an accredited school of Occupational Therapy
Licensed as an occupational therapist in WI, IL or both if required
