Role Overview
- Responsible for the safe and economical operation of building services systems
- Planning, coordination and management of maintenance, inspections and repair activities
- Primary on-site contact for the customer
- Management of internal and external service providers
- Responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of building systems
Requirements
- Degree in a technical or engineering field or equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the operation of building services systems
- Solid knowledge of electrical engineering
- Ideally: experience in building services/utility engineering (HVAC/plumbing)
- Reliability, personal responsibility and a structured approach to work
- Proficient in MS Office and Microsoft Teams
