About this role

Conduct stakeholder meetings to document business requirements, analysis, and capture functional and non-functional requirements.
Work closely with scrum team to refine business requirements into functional and non-functional requirements.
Create process diagrams (e.g., Visio) to represent workflows and system interactions.
Write clear, traceable, and testable requirements in user story format.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and product teams to understand and document reporting requirements.
Define reporting scope, objectives, data sources, and success criteria in alignment with project goals.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or in a similar role.
Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow Nuvolo application.
Strong knowledge of asset management and/or maintenance management systems.
Experience working with supply chain systems and processes.
Familiarity with Department of Veterans Affairs systems, processes, or projects.
Experience working within Agile SAFe environments.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience with system integrations and data analysis.
