Associate Manager, Accounts Payables

Role Overview

• Detailed knowledge on Procure to Pay or Order to Cash end to end process
• Vendor Master creation & modification, Invoice process, payment process
• Assist the team on Accounts payable related queries
• Support cross-functional teams with accurate vendor information for audit, reporting and reconciliation
• Work with internal/external stakeholders to resolve issues related to vendor onboarding process
• Review month end and year end process related activities
• Participate in process improvement projects

Requirements

• Professional accounting degree
• Minimum 6 years of experience in finance/accountancy
• Team management experience preferred
• Strong financial & business insight
• Good analytical skills
• Strong excel skills for complex spreadsheets
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Ability to work according to UK work hours
