Support the delivery of AI learning programs, helping to launch, run, track and sustain learning across the firm.
Build and evolve our learning framework, partnering with the business to update as new learning is developed.
Coordinate learning measurement and reporting (e.g., completion, participation, engagement) and contribute to clear updates for leaders.
Help maintain approaches for session recordings and end-to-end tracking so learning activity can be consistently monitored.
Support the upkeep of key learning channels and platforms (e.g., Growth Centre, SharePoint, Viva Engage) so content is easy to access and navigate.
Maintain a current view of AI learning content and help ensure materials are kept up to date and appropriately managed, both from a firmwide and LoS specific view.
Build and maintain the AI learning catalogue and calendar, aligned to business priorities and capability needs.
Support the operational coordination of skills assessments and related learning reporting, working with relevant teams as needed.
Working with the business to coordinate the AI Learning Desktop Review, including gathering inputs and tracking follow-ups.
Support learning content governance activities (e.g., review cadence, approvals, version control) to help keep learning aligned to tools, policies and risk expectations.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience coordinating delivery and operations for learning programs (digital and/or facilitated), ideally within AI, technology, transformation or enterprise capability programs.
Strong delivery and operational planning capability, able to manage timelines, dependencies, risks and follow-ups across multiple workstreams.
Confidence working in a complex, matrix environment with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts to coordinate inputs and keep delivery moving.
Strong collaboration skills, able to build trusted relationships across Learning, Learning Operations, Insights & Data, Risk/Compliance, Technology and Line of Service stakeholders.
Adaptable and comfortable working at pace, adjusting plans and processes as AI tools, policies and firm priorities evolve.
Clear communication skills, with the ability to translate requirements into practical actions, progress updates and learner-friendly guidance.
Strong attention to detail and quality, with an ability to create repeatable processes (e.g., tracking, approvals, version control) that support consistent delivery.
A data-informed mindset, able to work with reporting to monitor progress, surface insights and support continuous improvement.
Interest in AI and emerging technologies (deep technical expertise not required), with comfort working across enterprise platforms and learning channels.
