Helping to grow our multi-specialism Enterprise Transformation team, developing the tools and techniques that will help our clients transform their ways of working and secure better outcomes for the people and places they serve.
Leading on the management of engagement economics, risk and issue management, performance, project and programme management.
Owning senior stakeholder relationships to support the delivery of engagements and build your own networks in the market.
Requirements
experience of scoping and leading transformation programmes in the Transport Sector
experience of operating model design and implementation / transformation programme management / transformation communications and engagement / change and adoption management
experience of interpreting clients’ strategic, operational and external drivers for change, gaining respect, building trust and inspiring stakeholders
ability to forecast costs and manage to programme timelines and budget
understand of transformation opportunities in the Transport sector
experience in developing requirements across process, people, organisation, technology and information
ability to articulate the business benefits of adopting digital and cloud technologies as part of wider transformations
successful track record of delivery leadership in Government and Transport sectors as a consultant or working directly in the sector
