Serve as the primary contractor point of contact for day-to-day coordination with Government stakeholders
Plan, manage, and track contractor performance across multiple workstreams, ensuring timely delivery of contract deliverables
Develop and maintain contractor project artifacts (e.g., work plans, schedules, risk and issue logs, action item trackers) for Government review and approval
Coordinate internal contractor resources (engineering, architecture, mechanical, logistics) to support Government priorities and timelines
Facilitate meetings (agenda development, minutes, action items) and maintain documentation repositories and status dashboards
Collect and analyze program data (schedule, cost, performance metrics) and provide reports and briefings to support Government oversight
Support facilities assessments and project planning by coordinating site information collection, document reviews, and technical inputs from subject matter experts
Identify risks and constraints; develop mitigation options and recommendations for Government consideration
Requirements
College degree OR High School Diploma AND 4 to 8 years of relevant experience
Minimum 8 years of progressively responsible facilities program/project management experience
Demonstrated experience supporting Federal facilities programs, construction/renovation projects, or facilities operations and maintenance
Strong written and verbal communication skills and proficiency with common project management and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project or equivalent scheduling tools, Excel, Word, Teams/SharePoint)
