Role Overview
- Execute outbound sales strategies to identify and qualify new business opportunities within the German market.
- Manage client accounts with a focus on delivering high-quality service and maintaining long-term relationships.
- Balance sales outreach with client management, ensuring equal proficiency in both areas.
- Utilize Salesloft and Salesforce to manage pipelines, document interactions, and optimize the sales process.
- Collaborate with the wider team to meet departmental KPIs and drive revenue growth.
- Multitask across various projects while maintaining a high standard of delivery and organization.
Requirements
- Native-level fluency in German and professional proficiency in English.
- Current residency in the UK or Europe with the right to work.
- Proven experience in the SaaS (Software as a Service) sector.
- Immediate availability to start (Targeting a June 3rd start date).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- An ambitious "can-do" attitude with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience or background in Engineering.
- Prior experience in Sales Development (SDR/BDR roles).
- Strong background in customer service or dedicated client management.
