Support the design, administration, analysis, and continuous improvement of compensation and benefits programs
Conduct market benchmarking and compensation analysis to maintain internal equity and external competitiveness
Review and analyze compensation structures and provide recommendations for enhancements or adjustments based on market trends and evolving business needs
Ensure compensation programs comply with federal, state, and local regulations, including required reporting and documentation
Partner with P&C teams and business leaders to assess job descriptions, create job families, and evaluate internal equity across the organization
Prepare compensation reports, metrics, and presentations to support leadership decisions and budgeting efforts
Assist with annual reviews of benefits programs, including cost analysis and colleague satisfaction surveys
Support compliance with regulatory requirements related to benefits programs
Compile and analyze compensation and benefits data to provide reports and recommendations that support senior leadership decision-making
Maintain analytics systems and track key metrics related to compensation benchmarking and benefits utilization
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in compensation, benefits programs, analytics, or Total Rewards within a medium-to-large business environment
