Present new artists and their content to other areas across the company.
Maintain a fluid and clear relationship with artist managers in the marketing department to ensure alignment.

3 to 5 years of experience in A&R or similar roles within the music industry, specifically focused on Mexican music.
Fluent in both English and Spanish.
Deep understanding of the Mexican music landscape and passion for discovering new talent.
Forward thinker who embraces a growth mindset, always eager to learn and develop new skills.
Enjoys working collaboratively to solve problems and drive successful project outcomes.
