About this role
Role Overview
Leading all phases of the M&A lifecycle, from due diligence through post-merger integration.
Defining integration strategies, success metrics, and alignment to the Target Operating Model.
Identifying synergies, risks, and operational challenges, and develop mitigation strategies.
Leading cross-functional teams and ensure clear decision-making pathways.
Developing and overseeing integration timelines, milestones, and governance structures.
Producing board-ready reports, dashboards, and updates for Steering Groups.
Driving change management and communication strategies to support integration.
Ensuring knowledge transfer, documentation, and operational readiness for day 1 and beyond.
Providing hands-on delivery support where required to unblock progress.
Requirements
Proven experience leading M&A integrations or major transformation programmes.
Strong project and portfolio management capability.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in regulated or healthcare environments is desirable.
A strategic thinker with strong delivery focus.
Able to challenge constructively and guide teams effectively.
Excellent communication and influencing skills, including at ELT/SLT level.
Familiarity with OKRs, governance frameworks, and structured delivery methodologies.
