Own the North America marketing strategy aligned to revenue and pipeline goals
Co-own the NA pipeline number with the regional Sales leader
Build MoEngage's brand and category presence in North America
Lead an integrated demand engine across paid, content, SEO/AEO/GEO, ABM, partner co-marketing, and outbound enablement
Own the NA field and events portfolio
Drive customer advocacy in the region
Partner with global Product Marketing to localize positioning
Build, develop, scale & shape the NA marketing team
Own the regional marketing budget

12+ years of B2B marketing experience in high-growth enterprise SaaS
Proven leadership at the Director / Senior Director level
Track record building or scaling regional marketing for North America
Domain experience in MarTech, CDP, customer engagement, marketing automation, CX, or adjacent categories
Strong commercial orientation: Owned a pipeline number alongside Sales
Experience building and retaining high-performing marketing teams across multiple sub-functions
Strong judgment and comfort operating in ambiguity
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and partners without formal authority
Executive presence and storytelling skills
