Role Overview
- Create meaningful connections with every customer through personalized sales expertise
- Guide customers through their options on the sales floor
- Participate in community events and make outbound calls to customers
- Utilize AT&T’s products to meet customer needs
- Work a flexible schedule including weekends
Requirements
- Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus
- Ability to use a consultative sales approach
- Flexibility to work between 9am-9pm including weekends
- Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- No sales experience required, training and coaching provided
