Role Overview
- Create meaningful connections with every customer
- Use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options
- Be part of the community through events
- Fill online orders and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers
- Meet sales targets and earn commissions
Requirements
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Ability to hold conversations in both English and Spanish
- Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus
- Flexible and open to change
- Availability to work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends
