Role Overview
- Talk to stakeholders, understand their needs, and turn insights into clear requirements
- Work closely with software developers to ensure smooth delivery and quality
- Investigate and resolve issues quickly and effectively
- Think end-to-end about solutions by preparing and executing test scenarios to ensure everything works as expected
- Create and maintain documentation (processes, procedures, training materials)
- Work in a highly autonomous team – owning scope, planning, and delivery

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Manage your time well and can effectively prioritize your workload
- Ability to manage your time effectively and prioritize tasks independently
- Fluent English
