About this role
Role Overview
Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and a commitment to excellence
Deliver outstanding customer service to both store teams and shoppers
Execute daily store visits following Mondelēz’ Direct Store Delivery (DSD) Merchandising Excellence
Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel, such as backroom receivers and store managers
Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for both shelf and display using Salesforce
Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with your Retail Territory Manager (RTM) negotiated plans
Follow daily schedules and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage
Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high visibility merchandising events
Communicate store-level insights, issues, or opportunities to your RTM and management team
Stay Safe & Compliant, embracing the physical nature of the role
Requirements
Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
High School Diploma or GED preferred; or can earn your GED while gaining the skills!
1-3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred
Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed)
Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs
Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location: Lowell, MA
Schedule availability required: Mon/Tue/Wed/Fri/Sat
