Fulfill the merchandising needs of customers through communication & relationship building
Stock store shelves and maintain or change out displays
Represent Mondelēz brands like Oreo, Ritz, and others
Work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility
Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps
Order product for shelves and displays to ensure in stock conditions
Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented and maintained
Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager
Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches
Demonstrate positive attitude while representing Mondelēz in store

Be at least 18 years of age
Valid driver's license issued by the state of residence
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Positive and professional attitude
Self-motivated and ability to work independently
Ability to drive personal vehicle to store locations (mileage reimbursed)
Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment
Meet defined physical activities: repetitive lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs
Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
Live within 25-35 miles range from primary location: Homestead, FL
