About this role
Role Overview
You ensure product quality and user experience: you make sure the product works correctly across all platforms and create or update test scenarios
You perform regression testing: you detect defects and functional regressions and capture issues experienced by users
You define the technical architecture of scripts and contribute to the technical architecture of the test automation framework in collaboration with the technical architecture teams
You develop and maintain automated test suites using Selenium on Robot Framework
You set up test execution reporting and produce test progress reports
You implement and contribute to the improvement of the test automation strategy and continuous improvement of the process
You provide expertise in test automation and help define standards for automation practices
You maintain the technical specification document covering automated tests
You support product managers in defining acceptance criteria (criteria to be tested to validate a feature) before each sprint
Requirements
Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent (minimum Master’s level)
At least 5 years of professional experience in test automation
Experience in testing activities, various test types, testing techniques, associated processes and test automation
API testing
Writing test cases
Automation-related challenges (ability to analyze quality and relevance, select scenarios to automate, manage test data sets, etc.)
Familiarity with different automation methods and techniques (Data-Driven, Keyword-Driven, Page Object Model, Locators)
Management and versioning of automated test assets (in a test repository, using Git)
XRAY or another test management tool (ALM, SQUASH TM or equivalent)
Robot Framework or one or more test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress or equivalent)
Development languages used by automation tools (Python, Java)
