Requirements
experience managing people
experience coaching teams

high standards of advice and service
establish strong connections with clients, employees, partners, and community leaders
completed the Investment Funds in Canada (IFIC) or Canadian Securities Course (CSC)
advanced financial planning courses or certifications such as CFP are an asset
experience in sales management, advisory coaching, and business development
