Build and expand a sales network of partner medical centers/clinics, gynecologists, oncologists, and medical laboratories to promote and sell GenePlanet's medical genetic testing products (NIPT, Cancer Screen, etc.)
Plan and execute product promotional activities
Deliver training and educational programs for external partners to ensure a strong understanding of GenePlanet's products and services, particularly in gynecology, obstetrics, and oncology
Implement and deliver on Annual Plans against defined targets and activities
Collaborate actively with the sales and marketing teams at HQ
Continuously monitor the competitive landscape and proactively pursue new business opportunities in the market
Requirements
Willingness and enthusiasm for fieldwork and driving (3–4 days per week in the field; approximately 70,000 km/year)
Fluent in German
Excellent sales, networking, communication, and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with local partners
Strong drive and enthusiasm for closing deals
Ability to work independently and engage with key market stakeholders
Task
and results-oriented mindset focused on achieving success
Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team
Proficient in MS Office applications
Valid driving license
