Drive strategic initiatives, transformation efforts, and cross-functional operational programs
Translate leadership priorities into clear plans, deliverables, and rollout strategies
Create executive-ready presentations, documents, process maps, communications, and tools
Analyze data to identify trends, risks, insights, and recommended actions
Build processes, templates, dashboards, and operating mechanisms that help the organization scale
Partner with leaders and teams to improve alignment, adoption, and execution
Manage ambiguity and proactively move work forward with limited direction
Support leadership meetings, business reviews, planning cycles, and organizational communications

5+ years of experience in strategic operations, business operations, transformation, consulting, program management, or related roles
Strong ability to create high-quality PowerPoint presentations and executive communications
Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to inform recommendations
Proven ability to lead cross-functional work and influence without authority
Experience building processes, tools, workflows, or operating rhythms
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Preferred but not required: Data literacy and visualization: SQL, PowerBI, etc.
