The project is focused on the consolidation of several SAP ECC systems into one target ECC system.
Therefore, candidates should bring proven experience in SAP consolidation, harmonization, migration, or transformation projects.
Purely technical SAP profiles without strong functional and stakeholder management experience are not the main target for this role.
Lead and coordinate the consolidation of three productive SAP ECC systems into one target ECC system
Create transparency on current processes, systems, custom developments and complexity drivers
Support Z-object inventory and decisions around keep / redesign / drop
Coordinate mapping of source ECC systems to the target ECC system
Drive process harmonisation across sites, countries and business units
Coordinate implementation of justified functional gaps in the target ECC system
Coordinate data cleansing, migration preparation, test loads and reconciliations
Support SIT, UAT, defect management and business sign-off
Coordinate cutover planning, go-live readiness and stabilisationManage stakeholders across business, IT, functional teams, technical teams and external partners
Requirements
Strong experience as SAP Project Manager, SAP Program Manager or SAP Deployment Manager
Proven SAP ECC project experience
Experience in ERP consolidation, SAP landscape harmonisation, carve-out, post-merger integration or migration projects
Strong functional understanding of Finance and SCM
Good understanding of SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM/eWM, LE, PM or QM
Experience with data migration, data cleansing, reconciliation, testing, UAT, cutover and hypercare
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience in international, multi-site and multi-country environments
English required; German is a plus
Nice to have Automotive, manufacturing or industrial supplier experience
Experience with SAP SRM, BW, GTS, Solution Manager, EDI, OpenText or SAP Integration Suite
Experience with custom-code / Z-object assessment
Experience with TSA dependencies or post-carve-out ERP landscapes
