Role Overview
- Build and manage corporate networks for clients
- Maintain, operate and further develop complex network environments
- Plan, design and operate modern firewall, LAN and WLAN infrastructures
- Analyze faults, independently resolve incidents and manage network-related changes
- Develop automation solutions to increase operational efficiency
- Support sales teams in the pre-sales process with technical expertise
Requirements
- Degree (FH/ETH/TS) in Computer Science, Telecommunications or equivalent practical experience
- Solid knowledge of perimeter security, routing & switching, VPN, TCP/IP and WLAN
- Certifications or training in Cisco and Fortinet technologies; knowledge of additional vendors is a plus
- Experience at an IT service provider and initial development experience are advantageous
- Confident written and spoken German; strong English skills
