Gather and analyze operational and performance data for monthly reporting
Support planning and execution of network initiatives and governance meetings
Track timelines, monitor deliverables, and ensure alignment with strategic priorities
Monitor and report on the progress of strategic initiatives
Draft updates, prepare meeting materials and maintain strong channels to keep stakeholders informed
Produce clear and compelling executive messaging
Collaborate with Network and Shared Service partners

5+ years' experience in healthcare, insurance or healthcare consulting and/or completion of General Management Development Program (GMDP)
3+ years of data analysis and leadership reporting experience
Strong experience with Excel, Tableau and PowerPoint
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
