About this role
Role Overview
Be the go-to technical expert on our hotline, supporting distributors, installers, and end users across the French market with confidence and care.
Manage and resolve incoming tickets efficiently, ensuring every customer query is handled with precision and a smile.
Create and record FAQ content and online training courses tailored to the needs of your region, making knowledge accessible to all.
Document processes, solutions, and best practices to continuously improve the support experience.
Prepare and deliver regular performance reports
weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually
to keep the department centre informed and aligned.
Contribute actively to the continuous improvement of our remote support operations in a fast-paced, international team.
Requirements
A Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field
or equivalent hands-on experience that tells the same story.
Some previous exposure to the energy sector is a real plus
whether through internships, projects, or professional experience.
A genuine passion for clean technology and a strong drive to keep learning and growing in this space.
Excellent command of both French and English at C1 level or above
you will be supporting French-speaking customers and collaborating in English daily.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, you know the drill.
The ability to work independently, stay focused, and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
A quick-learning mindset and the curiosity to deepen your knowledge in the renewable energy world.
