You will work in our Content Studio focusing on social media content production and visual storytelling.
In close collaboration with our project managers, you will support the development of effective communication measures for our clients.
You will independently plan, organize, and execute small commercial shoots and be responsible for the postproduction of social media assets.

Active participation in Content Days (planning, videography, photography)
Postproduction of social media content and advertising clips (editing, grading, animation)
Maintenance and preparation of video equipment
Creation of digital content for our clients
Creation, design, and implementation of graphic communication materials
Contribution to ideation and concept development for communication measures
Support the team in visual storytelling
Generating ideas for novel and innovative social media formats
Requirements
You have a qualification in Multimedia Production, Film, or a related field.
You have at least 2 years of experience in social media, film, marketing, or advertising.
You are a passionate creator.
You love creative content and are open to innovative projects in NextGen marketing.
You are highly familiar with operating film and photo cameras.
You know Adobe programs (Premiere Pro, After Effects; advantage: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) inside out and have experience with DaVinci Resolve.
You have experience with AI tools such as Weavy, Higgsfield, or Krea AI.
You are interested in organizing shoots, their execution, and postproduction.
You follow digital trends and want to contribute creatively.
You are highly proficient with online media and social platforms.
You are structured and organized.
You have good communication skills and are a team player.
You speak fluent German (at least C1) and English (at least B2); French is a plus.
You are willing to travel 1–2 days per month to Germany or Austria to produce content for our clients.
