Dedicated representative for APL Govt/US Flag impelled shipments within assigned area of responsibility.
Handle and process bookings and all related matters, including problem-solving and customer contact.
Provide customers with accurate and timely information.
Proactively communicate delays, changes, and shipment status.
Collect feedback to improve service quality and review processes.
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Back Office, Logistics).
Send all required reports to VIP customers within specified timeframes.
Track and follow up on inbound shipments within assigned area.
Liaise with the manager in case of problems or issues.
Ensure cost recovery

Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data validation, VLOOKUP)
Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
Customer-focused attitude with a proactive approach
Team player with strong collaboration skills
Organized and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
