Role Overview
- Contribute to backend development initiatives within a dedicated technical team.
- Participate in and lead code reviews to maintain high code quality.
- Design, build, and integrate REST APIs for scalable web-based applications.
- Take ownership of technical decisions and backend architecture within the team scope.
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams across the organization.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with C# and .NET, preferably .NET 8/9
- Experience with CI/CD, Kubernetes, Grafana, or APM tools
- Proven experience developing and maintaining web-based applications
- Strong experience with REST APIs, including both integration and design
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive outcomes
- Proficiency in Lithuanian and English
