You will process and track customer orders from order receipt through delivery, ensuring everything is completed accurately and on time.
You will be the primary point of contact for customers via email—responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
You will handle returns and exchanges, ensuring a fast and hassle-free process.
You will regularly monitor customer reviews, reach out when necessary to offer solutions, and publish targeted responses to actively improve the customer experience and strengthen trust in our brand.
You will maintain customer data and order statuses and support the preparation of reports on orders and customer interactions.
You will work closely with other teams, such as Marketing and Logistics, to ensure a seamless and excellent customer experience.
Requirements
You are a student (m/f/x) in a relevant degree program (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, Communications).
You have an interest in sales, customer relationship management (CRM), and online marketing.
You bring initiative, team spirit, and strong communication skills.
You speak fluent English; German is a plus.
You have experience with common office tools (Word, Excel, etc.) and ideally with Google Workspace.
Prior experience in e-commerce is an advantage.
You are motivated, proactive, and able to structure your tasks independently and carry them out following guidance, taking responsibility for your results.
