Actively engages internal and external stakeholders to enhance and strengthen Schaeffler's brand identity and leverage brand equity
Coordinates all corporate marketing and branding activities and projects to maintain consistent band image of Schaeffler in all applications
Prepares annual plan for corporate marketing campaigns and initiatives as part of the Vietnam Integrated Marketing Communications plan
Identifies strategic sponsorship opportunities in accordance with Corporate Sponsoring strategy and regional priorities to enhance Schaeffler's corporate brand and promote its product brands
Provides operational support for crisis management communication
Coordinates, monitors, and reports all projects to ensure timely implementation as per defined budget and scope
Works with local and sub-regional teams, purchasing function and external vendors to produce pre-defined deliverables for the communications and marketing team
Defines topics and content for communication materials, to support regional newsroom process
Oversees the delivery of communication content consistent with company's communication policy
Monitors media and decides on appropriate response in collaboration with management
Positions Schaeffler as modern and attractive employer, and as a responsible company regarding economic, environmental and social issues
Ensures adherence to corporate identity and branding guidelines in the country
Plans and coordinates activities for communication campaigns and prepares speeches for management
Consults on, reviews, and implements communication projects, together with the management involved
Marketing and communication budget planning, tracking and reporting for Vietnam
Coordinates with Digital Marketing AP, Product and Sector Marketing AP and Distribution Marketing AP to produce relevant marketing collaterals and materials for Vietnam
Coordinates with Distribution Marketing AP for the support in the rollout of Schaeffler program and implement marketing and communication strategy, ensuring branding guideline are enforced and consistent
Requirements
Graduate in arts/humanities with at least 4 years experience in B2B industry
Graduate with specialization in communication/marketing/PR or Arts/Humanities
Proficient in using MS Office or equivalent productivity tools
Familiar with basics of communication design, video production, photo editing software
Good spoken and written communication skills in English
Able to work efficiently and independently as part of local and regional teams
Experience in planning/executing marketing communication projects would be an added advantage
